Ernestor manages the crews and job sites. He is hands on at job sites setting tile himself. He is the estimator for all NE Tile Company projects and he is the main person of contact for the company. Ernestor is responsible for the growth and reputation of the company. He handles all client relations.
Melissa Nealis
Administration
Melissa handles daily office procedures regarding NE Tile Company. She is responsible for payroll, accounting and marketing. She assists with estimating of projects when necessary. She is the coordinator for all social media regarding the company.
